Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. Here’s how cancellations work at Rjworld Shop:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped — whichever comes first.

• After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund for Canceled Orders

• If the order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

• If the cancellation request comes after dispatch, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Partial Order Cancellation

• If you’ve ordered multiple items, you can request a partial cancellation for items that haven’t been shipped.

• Refunds for partial cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.
